Tell me about your shirts.

We literally tested dozens of different shirt brands and styles, and can honestly say that our shirts are some of the most, if not the most comfortable shirts that you can find on the market. Most of our shirts are printed on 50% cotton - 25% polyester - 25% rayon tri-blends or 60/40 cotton-poly blends. All our shirts are fashion fit, extremely soft, and tagless with custom designed size tags printed inside the neckline of each shirt.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

All of our shirts are screenprinted manually by hand which means each shirt is authentic and can have slight variations. Most of the shirts are printed with fashion-based ink which leaves an extremely soft print. Check the product pages for the specific type of printing for each individual product.

How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?

The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold. While our tri-blend shirts are preshrunk, all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton so they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low, hang dry, or dry flat.

Can I iron my shirt?

Never — I repeat — never iron the printed graphic directly. To remove unwanted wrinkles, use a garment steamer or have your shirt dry cleaned.

Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?

Most definitely. You can follow our social networks, keep tabs on our blog, or send us an email (we@relaced.com). We post updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials.

How long does it take for shirts to arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the size of your order.  The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you prefer, you can also pay directly with your PayPal account.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes, but we are very selective in which companies carry Relaced products. We want to make sure that Relaced is a good fit for each company and its consumers. If you would like more information, please contact us and include some background information about your shop/company.

What is your return policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (wrong size, wrong shirt, defective product, etc.), return it to us unworn and unwashed within 14 days of initial delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or ship you a new product at no additional charge. In general, unworn shirts can also be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. However, exchanges are a little more difficult due to the unforeseen quantities of what we have in stock at any given time. If you need to return or exchange, email us and we’ll see what we can do. Please be sure to include your order number and order details. We’ll get back to you with instructions on processing your return or exchange.
